My name is Summer Griffin and I am from Tallahassee, Florida. In my free time I enjoy taking naps, hanging out with my friends, and watching Netflix. I have two dogs who are both Chihuahua's and I was a cheerleader for seven years. My favorite color is light pink and my favorite fast food is Chick-Fil-A.

The only technology in an educational setting that I am familiar with is what I have grown up using in schools. Most of my high school classrooms have large TV's or projectors. In middle school and elementary school we had smart boards that could be written on and in the third grade classroom I volunteer in we have a few Ipads available to the students. Also in high school a lot of teachers use phone apps to communicate with students or post assignments.

I hope this class will teach me more about how technology has influenced education over the years and how teachers are able to use it in the classrooms.
